Hemorrhoid Question… please help?
I had a very bad case of diarrhea last week (lasted about 5 days). I now have a pain near by butt hole. I can't even wipe, I have to blot. Whenever I do stick a piece of toilet back there a little bit of blood is on the toilet paper. There isn't any blood in the toilet or in my stool, though. It is even uncomfortable just sitting here at the computer.
Because of the holiday my doctor is obviously closed until Tuesday. Because it's just a small amount of blood (not even bleeding through a single piece of TP) I really do not want to go to the ER.
What can I do at home to stop the pain over the weekend? Will this clear up by itself? If it isn't a hemorrhoid what else could it be?
