Hemorrhoids 
HELP…………?
Yesterday morning I went to the bathroom and after wiping myself with toilet tissue I felt a pea sized lump and thought WTF is that and broke into a cold sweat?? Later that day I checked the mirror to see what was there but nothing was there.
This morning when I used the bathroom I felt the lump again after wiping myself clean so I checked the mirror straight away and say a pea sized round lump there, It later went down throughout the day but seems to come back when taking a crap.
Ive done some research online and think it could be “plolapsing internal hemorrhoid” that only gets exposed when you have a bowel movement, at this point where I see a diagram makes me feel faint and physically sick and everytime I think about it makes me worried.
Is there a cure for this without products or without a visit to the doc.
Please answer this seriously as im am very worried, im a 22yo male btw
